M&A (Merger and Acquisition) opportunities

Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) offers a matchmaking service for potential investors or project partners to find suitable Latvian companies interested in M&A and joint venture opportunities.

Those companies have been in contact with LIAA recently and their main interest is to locate a project partner or buyer of their business in full or partially. This opportunity could be interesting for both competence driven and financial investors with business interests in the sectors of renewable energies, electronics, IT, industrial real estate and wood processing.
