Easy Hair Coating Factory Ltd

British high-tech company Easy Hair Enterprises Ltd, which produces hair extension material, has made an investment in Latvia by founding a subsidiary, Easy Hair Coating Factory Ltd based in Olaine.

After a careful examination of the potential sites available in Latvia, Easy Hair Coating Factory Ltd. decided to settle in The Nordic Industrial Park in Olaine ( www.industrial-park.lv ). One of the reasons for their choice was its location, just 20km from Riga, and only a 30min drive to Riga International Airport.

The plant in Latvia mainly deals with dying artificial and partly natural hair extension material. Initially there were 10 people employed in the factory that occupies approximately 1,000 square meters of floor space. As the production capacity increases the company expects to increase its workforce accordingly and the number of employees is expected to grow to approximately 80 in the near future.

The investment project as a whole gained greatly from access to the highly skilled workforce available in Latvia. Easy Hair Enterprises was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the researchers, engineers, chemists, and physicists that they hired to work for them in the factory.

In the near future, Easy Hair Coating Factory Ltd. is planning to establish a special laboratory for chemists hired in Latvia to carry out research for the company. The whole concept of this is a testament to the company’s confidence in Latvia’s fine R&D capabilities, which it has experienced while operating in Latvia.
