The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) is local and international at the same time. A network of foreign representatives and a cooperative set of connections with other institutions in Latvia and abroad brings LIAA close to its customers and links them to major markets, business partners and locations.

LIAA has representative offices in London (UK), Hamburg (Germany), Stockholm (Sweden), Paris (France), Amsterdam (the Netherlands), Oslo (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark), Warsaw (Poland), Tokyo (Japan) and Moscow (Russia), and an established network of representatives in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Republic of Uzbekistan and Germany.

LIAA works in close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diplomatic Missions represented in more tan 50 countries all over the world.

LIAA also cooperates with local municipalities and regional development agencies.
