Riga, September 5, 2025 – Baltic Photonics Ltd., together with the Ministry of Economics and the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to drive the development of a strategically important night vision optics manufacturing complex in Latvia. The planned 6,400 m² factory will be the largest of its kind in Europe, providing approximately 250 highly qualified jobs in the assembly and production of third-generation image intensifiers.
