Petter has extensive corporate law experience, with a particular focus on construction, drafting contracts, and dispute resolution. He has consulted both Norwegian and foreign businesses, sub-contractors, suppliers, as well as state institutions on matters concerning major infrastructure projects or residential housing projects, large logistics and warehouse buildings, rehabilitation of commercial properties and complicated groundworks contracts.
- Per Vinje has more than 20-year experience in the real estate business including his role as a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International. Since 2009, Per works as a lawyer and partner at Advokatfirmaet Hammervoll Pind. Taking the advantage of his practical knowledge and experience, Per assists estate agent businesses with drafting standard contracts, as well as manages disputes and works on other issues that may arise in connection with real estate, transactions and corporate law.
