Get a service

EU Structural Funds support for the development or substantial improvement of new products or technologies, partly by outsourcing or company personnel costs. Depending on the needs of the merchant, three types of vouchers are available: dating, classical and design vouchers.
Actions to be supported:
- industrial research;
- experimental development
- development of industrial design;
- strengthening the rights of industrial property (patent of invention, design and topography of semiconductor products);
- certification and testing services;
- attracting highly qualified workers;
- a design service for developing a new product, process and strategy.
Aid is also provided to attract highly qualified workers, compensating for some of their remuneration costs.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    In order to request the service, the beneficiary must complete a project application addressed by the LIAA. A project application may be submitted by signing it with a secure electronic signature, adding a time stamp and sending it to the official LAA e-mail, sending it by post or submitting it to the LAA Customer Service Department. At the invitation of the LIAA, a presentation of its new product and business plan to the Evaluation Commission should be presented.
    After evaluating the project application according to the specified criteria, the LIAA shall take a decision regarding approval or rejection of the project application, regarding which the customer is informed

  2. Receipt of services
    2.1. If a positive decision has been taken, a contract is signed and a vauser is issued.
    The exception is the beneficiaries for attracting highly qualified workers, since the receipt of the aid does not require the receipt of a voucher.
    2.2. Transfer of the voucher to the service provider (carried out by the beneficiary).
    2.3. Reservation of a voucher (carried out by the service provider) and activation (carried out by the beneficiary).
    2.4. Submission of a request for payment of a voucher (carried out by the service provider).
    2.5. Assessment and approval of the request for payment of a voucher (carried out by the LIAA).
    2.6. Payment of the voucher (by LIAA)..
    2.7. Submission of a final report (carried out by the beneficiary).

    Where aid is provided to attract highly qualified workers, the beneficiary shall submit a request for interim or final accounts payments
