Apply individually or with a team (up to 4 members) if you have a business idea and want to start your own business. Applications shall be submitted to the competition by natural persons who have reached the age of 18. The Competition Evaluation Commission evaluates business ideas and puts forward those who will continue to participate in the next round of the competition. Participants entering the 2 nd round of competition have the opportunity to develop and develop their business ideas in training, consult with experienced experts, and finally become the first capital to realise the idea, up to EUR 10 000! “Ideas Cup” means an annual activity aimed at encouraging ideamakers to develop new products or services, the skills needed for innovative business and the development of new businesses.   1. Service requests
    The application can be submitted under the E-services section of the platform business.gov.lv: https://business.gov.lv/pakalpojumi/atbalsts-new-ideas-authors-ideas-bu…? type = support

  2. Receipt of services
    After evaluating the project application according to the specified criteria, the LIAA shall take a decision regarding the nomination of participants for the second round of the competition. The participants shall be informed of the decision taken. In the second round, the entered participants in the business.gov.lv platform shall submit business presentations and undertake training for evaluation. 12 winners receive valuable money awards to develop their ideas.
