"Kinetics Nail Systems" kosmētikas ražotnē un biroja ēkā investēs septiņus miljonus eiro

On Thursday, November 6, the foundation stone was laid for the new Kinetics Nail Systems cosmetics production facility and office building, which is scheduled for completion in July 2026. The total investment in the production and office complex will amount to seven million euros.

“The new Kinetics factory symbolizes a bold step into the future — an investment that confirms the company’s stability and confidence in its growth. From a small laboratory to exporting to more than 45 countries, Kinetics is a shining example of Latvian entrepreneurship and global competitiveness in the beauty industry. This factory will serve as a platform for innovation and a significant contribution to Latvia’s economy with high added value,” emphasized Ieva Jāgere, Director of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).

When asked how many people will work at the new facility, Andžejs Stenclavs, the company’s founder and CEO, explained that the company currently employs 120 people, and initially, all existing employees will relocate to the new premises. There are no immediate plans to increase the number of employees, although such a need may arise in the future.

“We are planning moderate growth for the company — roughly a 15% annual growth model. At this stage, we do not foresee an increase in the number of jobs,” said Stenclavs, adding that this matter will be evaluated as needed.

At the same time, he noted that over the next five years, the company will require additional staff in marketing, chemistry, and production. “It is expected that within two to three years, dozens of new employees could be hired,” Stenclavs said.

Representatives of Kinetics Nail Systems stated that the new facility in Ādaži will become one of the most modern gel polish and nail care laboratories and production sites in Europe. It will employ up to 150 specialists and produce more than 600 product units across five categories — both for the Latvian market and export to 42 countries.

The new building will include extensive production and research laboratories, office and warehouse spaces, as well as a showroom for Kinetics Nail Systems products. The factory will create up to 30 additional jobs and enable production capacity to increase up to fivefold. In addition, a modern Science and Innovation Development Center will be established on-site — serving both for the education of future chemists and for the development and testing of new technological solutions.
