We invite companies in metal processing, fiberglass composite materials, electronics manufacturing, shipbuilding, and other aquaculture-related industries to join the Latvian delegation at the aquaculture exhibition HAVEXPO, taking place near Bergen, Norway, from 5–7 May.
During the exhibition, Latvian companies will be present at the national stand, showcasing their expertise and export capabilities. International partners will have the opportunity to meet our businesses in person, explore potential cooperation models, and discuss new supply chain partnerships within the aquaculture industry.
HAVEXPO is one of Norway’s most significant aquaculture events, bringing together decision-makers, companies, investors, and researchers from across the sector. Norway is one of the world’s leading fish farming nations, with seafood exports exceeding EUR 15 billion in 2024. The Bergen region is home to some of the largest global aquaculture companies, including MOWI ASA, Lerøy Seafood Group ASA, and Grieg Seafood ASA.
This strong industry concentration has positioned Norway as a global leader in technologies such as underwater sensors and monitoring systems, drones, artificial intelligence solutions tailored for aquaculture, advanced feeding systems, and other specialized innovations. Large-scale aquaculture projects also require reliable suppliers in metal processing and fiberglass composite manufacturing — areas where Latvian companies offer competitive expertise and flexible production capabilities.
