The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) announces that a delegation of Latvian engineering and advanced manufacturing companies will join a trade mission to Vienna, Austria, during the International Machinery Forum 2026 on November 19–20, 2026.
Organized by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO), ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, and the Enterprise Europe Network, the International Machinery Forum brings together up to 600 industry experts, manufacturing companies, technology providers, buyers, and decision-makers from over 50 countries. The conference focuses on key trends reshaping industrial production, including automation, industrial AI, advanced materials, smart manufacturing, decarbonization, recycling, and global competitiveness.
Latvia’s engineering sector offers high-value manufacturing solutions, high precision standards, and advanced technological expertise. During the two-day event, participating Latvian companies will attend expert presentations, join company site visits, and engage in targeted B2B networking sessions to build international partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
The trade mission is organized by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) within the framework of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) Innovative Business Development Program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Latvian state budget.
