On October 8 and 9, 2026, Riga will host the fifth international Precision Medicine Networking Forum (PMNET 2026), the region’s most significant event in precision medicine, which will bring together leading scientists, doctors, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and representatives of patient organizations from Europe, the U.S., and Asian countries. The forum is a key platform for international collaboration and knowledge exchange in the field of precision medicine, aimed at promoting a personalized approach to patient diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention.
During the two-day program, several thematic sessions will take place, in which experts will discuss the latest scientific discoveries, clinical solutions, and innovations in medicine. This year’s forum will feature more than 20 sessions, including Functional Precision Medicine, Translational Medicine, Cardiogenetics, Cancer Screening and Prevention, and many others. The program will also include a meeting of the Precision Medicine Coalition, where industry development trends and opportunities for collaboration between various institutions will be discussed.
The PMNET forum traditionally brings together representatives from various sectors—the academic community, clinical medicine, the biomedical industry, technology companies, and policymakers—to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and the creation of new initiatives.
