The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of Latvia, is organizing a trade mission for Latvian defense and security technology companies to Kyiv, Ukraine, from 23 to 25 March 2026. The visit will take place during the working visit of the Latvian Minister of Defence, Andris Sprūds.
During the mission, Latvian companies will engage directly with representatives of Ukraine’s defense sector, strengthening cooperation and exploring partnership opportunities in military and security technologies.
The preliminary program includes a business forum hosted at the Latvian Embassy in Kyiv on 23 March, bringing together Latvian companies and Ukrainian defense industry representatives. On 24–25 March, participating companies will take part in organized B2B meetings with potential partners from Ukraine’s defense and security ecosystem.
The trade mission is organized within the framework of a program supporting the development of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Latvian state budget.
