The business visit of Minister of Transport A. Švinka to Germany will take place from April 14–16, 2026. The delegation will participate in the Germany–Latvia Ports Days and several high-level business and collaboration events.
The visit aims to strengthen economic cooperation with the port ecosystems of Hamburg, Lübeck, and Rostock, including port authorities, logistics companies, smart mobility and technology firms, and public sector representatives.

Baltic Sea Business Day Forum in Rostock – an international platform for dialogue and networking among policymakers, companies, and institutions from the Baltic Sea region, focusing on regional economic cooperation, innovation, and sustainability.

The business visit is organized under the EU-funded Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) Innovative Business Development Program, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Latvian state budget.
