We’re welcoming early-stage startups, those willing to gain new knowledge or refresh their existing one, to join lecture sessions on founding and developing a startup. The purpose behind the startup school is to provide basics on building a startup as well as new contacts in the ecosystem. "Outgrowth" will be focusing on experience-based knowledge and tips and tricks on how startups can develop their ideas and product while looking for solutions on successful business growth.

The lecture sessions will be live-streamed on Thursdays starting from October 1 until December 10 at 17.00 - 19.00 (UTC +3). The 3 sessions, each containing 3 lectures, have been based on the always current topics for startups such as:

  1. business development and growth;
  2. funding and investment;
  3. marketing and sales.

The lecture sessions will be led by experienced local and international lectors, as well as startups and investors sharing their take on more practical knowledge. After each session, you’ll be able to apply for ‘’office hours’’ - a one on one session with some of the lectors.

Participants taking part in all 9 sessions will receive a joint certificate from LIAA and TechHubRiga about the acquisition of the program. Livestream for the general public will be available on Labsoflatvia.com.

Working language - English.

Startup school ‘’Outgrowth’’  is organised by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia in cooperation with non-profit organisation TechHubRiga.

The training is implemented within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund projects Innovation Motivation Program and Technology Transfer Program.
