Apply for the training funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for Group 1 under the heading “Innovation management”. Training is intended for merchant employees and will be carried out by an outsourcing provider - RTU Riga Business School, and the training will provide the following substantive directions:
1) the role of leadership and organisation leadership in promoting innovation;
2) innovation thinking, attracting and entrepreneurship;
3) identification and development of innovation;
4) design thinking;
5) strategy, implementation and sustainability of innovation.
The total cost of training per participant (merchant employee) – EUR 3287.50, covered by ERDF funding and merchant co-payment granted to implement the LIAA programme, taking into account the aid intensities specified in the operational rules of the programme.
Additional aid may be granted to merchants for the costs of remuneration of employees during training. Planned start date of training for group 1 – 31.03.2022.
