Today's complicated business environment conditions create a complex infrastructure for exporting companies to seize sustainable growth opportunities and make it as troublesome as ever to plan long-term for exponential growth. Born Global Sustainability Hackathon is organized to find solutions to the exporting enterprise challenges under the topic of Sustainability in Business. The hackathon will run for three days, from May 6 to 8. It will bring together more than 100 representatives of Latvian exporting companies and teams of highly motivated individuals, who will work on solutions to the enterprise challenges.
The hackathon is currently inviting Latvian exporting companies that face challenges under the topic of Sustainability in Business; and teams or individuals from across Europe operating in the areas that could find solutions in these directions to apply and take part.

Throughout the hackathon weekend, teams will have a chance to build solutions to the challenges either presented by exporting companies or continue to develop their own ideas under one of the previously identified topics.
The goal
The hackathon's goal is to find innovative solutions for Sustainability in Business to create more sustainable business development opportunities for exporting enterprises. Participants are invited to offer a fresh perspective on the topic and develop new approaches through the lens of digitalization and technology.
Participants
Born Global aims to help teams with existing projects develop their solutions by providing extensive international mentor support and advice. Developers, designers, product experts, and those passionate about new solution and idea development are also invited to participate in the hackathon by joining a team or creating their own. The total hackathon's prize fund is EUR 9,000. We will award three best hackathon teams with EUR 3,000!
